Welcome to WorkFree. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Acceptable Use

WorkFree is a platform for crowd-sourced, honest ratings and reviews of remote-work-friendly venues. You agree to use it only for that purpose and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws.

Zero tolerance policy. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of content and termination of your account:

• Objectionable, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content of any kind
• Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any person
• Spam, fake reviews, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Content that is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Any content that violates the rights of others

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any ratings, reviews, or other content you submit. By submitting content you confirm that it reflects your genuine personal experience and does not violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, with or without notice, that we determine in our sole discretion to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise objectionable.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, use the Report button on any review to notify us. We review all reports and commit to acting on valid reports — including removing the content and ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours.

You may also block any user whose content you find objectionable. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your view and notifies our moderation team.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WorkFree after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
